However, as with all digital training services, there are certain terms you agree to at the time of purchase. By enrolling in any of our courses or programs, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

• All payments made for our programs—including live trainings, certifications, toolkits, or downloadable resources—are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Cyber Secure India is under no obligation to provide a refund, either in full or in part, under any circumstance. This includes but is not limited to:
  ‍
  • Your failure to attend, participate, or complete the course.
  • Dissatisfaction with the course content or structure.
  • Modifications in program format, structure, or schedule.
  • Delays or changes in course commencement or delivery.

• If a refund is issued, it will be solely at the discretion of Cyber Secure India, and may be processed either:
  • As a monetary refund, or
  • As course credit usable for future programs of equivalent value.

Cancellation Policy

• Once enrolled, you cannot cancel your registration for a refund.
  ‍
• In special cases, we may allow a one-time deferral to a future batch. This is subject to availability and must be requested in writing at least 7 days before the course start date.

Scholarship Clause

• Learners who are granted a scholarship, partial discount, or sponsored seat under any promotional or merit-based scheme are not eligible for refunds under any condition.

• Scholarships are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash or credit.
  ‍
